This
small living-room was surrounded by the magic of the 70- year-old wisteria growing
outside its windows only for the few weeks of spring flowering every year. Thanks
to the magic of the paintbrush, it now enjoys a year-round flowering season! And
with the set of framed scenes brought back from the French Riviera, the sense
of warm, Mediterranean sun can be enjoyed continually as well.
With
the addition of a trompe l'oeil view of the French Riviera on each of the blank
cupboard doors flanking the fireplace, the residents can be transported to the
sunny Mediterranean at any time.
